Your hotel staff were extremley nice and friendly. The hotel is in ideal location and was very close to attractions. This was our first expereince with Hitech Hotels chain and we absolutely loved it. Thanks for making our stay a wonderful one and we definitely keep this in mind and recommend your hotel to all friends. We visited Spain and stayed in many hotels throughout in Barcelona, Madrid etc but out of all those experiences, the stay at Seville - Petit Palace Santa Cruz was the best one!

UNA EXCELENTE ATENCION DE EL PERSONAL EN RECEPCION Y RESTAURANTE, LIMPIEZA ADECUADA, DESCUIDO EN EL BAÑO DE LA HABITACION, PUES HAY DESGASTE Y ENVEJECIMIENTO DE ALGUNOS MUEBLES, LA HABITACION CON EL UNICO PROBLEMA DE RUIDO PUES ESTA SOBRE UNA CALLE QUE TIENE PASO DE ESTUDIANTES A LAS 6 DE LA TARDE POR LO DEMAS EXCELENTE, CONFORME A PRECIO CALIDAD

Hotel ideal, situación excelente, trato del personal muy bueno, nada negativo. Ideal para desplazarte por Sevilla callejeando y conociendo la esencia del Sevilla antiguo. El buffet del desayuno muy correcto. Lo recomiendo.
